This is the horrible moment Carolina Panthers player Tommy Tremble was knocked unconscious after suffering a sickening blow during Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears.
Slow-motion replays showed the tight end hitting the ground and failing to get to his feet immediately after brutally colliding with the Bears’ Jaquan Brisker on Soldier Field.
The sickening scenes occurred with just under three minutes left in the first half, when Tremble caught a seven-yard pass from quarterback Andy Dalton and began charging down the field.
While attempting to pass Brisker, Tremble lowered his helmet as the Bears safety lowered his shoulder, causing the two to collide brutally head-on.
The sickening blow knocked both players down, but while Brisker finally managed to get to his feet, Tremble collapsed on top of him and remained motionless even after being pushed away from his opponent.

Bears defensive lineman Gervon Dexter recovered the fumble, but troubling scenes continued to unfold as he celebrated.
Panthers players and staff quickly surrounded Tremble, who appeared to be completely unconscious as he pulsed on the ground.
Chicago later took advantage of the turnover by making a three-play, 44-yard drive to the end zone for a 21-7 lead.
Bears running back D’Andre Swift moved the ball downfield with a 42-yard catch and run before scoring on a one-yard run.
