Shocking dash cam footage captured the moment a sleepy driver crossed several lanes of traffic before crashing into a house and several parked cars.
Footage captured Thursday shows the red Cadillac sliding down a main road in Ogden, Utah.
After initially crossing a lane, the Cadillac continues on its way and manages to avoid hitting oncoming traffic, which swerves to avoid the rogue vehicle.
Crossing the street, the car jumps over a curb and crashes into several parked cars before crashing into a house.
Police later confirmed that the driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old John Green, had fallen asleep at the wheel.

Dezmond Guillén, brother of the wounded man, Edgar Guillén, said the 30-year-old man was “crushed” when he was hit.
He has nine broken ribs. “His two lungs on both sides have holes that are collapsed,” Guillén said. ksl.
Traffic investigators determined that alcohol and drugs were not factors that caused Green to fall asleep, and he emerged from the collision uninjured.
Still, he received a citation. for “failure to maintain safe and inadequate surveillance,” but released him shortly afterward.
The car also collided with two other vehicles before overturning and stopping.

‘He got out of the car. He fled the scene. He returned there. He saw the ambulance. He came back with a different jersey,” said Dezmond Guillén.
The family said they believe Green deserves a harsher punishment than a simple citation.
“I feel like there’s a lot more to do,” Dezmond Guillén said. “Just seeing (my brother) suffer and not being able to move and being so confused, not knowing where he is and it makes me so angry that he ended up having to go down this path.”
