‘He got out of the car. He fled the scene. He returned there. He saw the ambulance. He came back with a different jersey,” said Dezmond Guillén.

The family said they believe Green deserves a harsher punishment than a simple citation.

“I feel like there’s a lot more to do,” Dezmond Guillén said. “Just seeing (my brother) suffer and not being able to move and being so confused, not knowing where he is and it makes me so angry that he ended up having to go down this path.”
