The teaser begins with Heather Dubrow addressing her co-star Katie Ginella about their feud, and then shows her criticizing Shannon.
Last fall, Shannon was arrested for crashing her vehicle into a residential property before fleeing the scene.
She pleaded no contest to her DUI charge and the hit-and-run charge was later dismissed.
The reality TV personality was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and ordered to complete a nine-month alcohol program following the incident.
The short clip shows Dubrow questioning Ginella’s hostile energy towards her.
“I don’t know what I did to you. Did I run over your cat?” Heather says. “I don’t know what I’ve done to you.”
Elsewhere in the clip, Heather tells her, “Falsely accusing people is your thing,” in reference to the rumor Katie spread that Heather hired paparazzi to photograph her and her husband Terry Dubrow.
Katie tearfully responded, “That was a horrible moment,” hinting at a personal problem.
At one point, Tamra Judge apologizes to Shannon, saying, “I’m sorry.” I knew you were still drinking.
Beador responds, “A ‘sorry, but’ is not an apology,” before Tamra rebuts, “There’s no but in there!”

Andy introduces Alexis, who quickly faces backlash regarding her romance with John Janssen, Shannon’s ex-boyfriend.
“Every trash can needs a lid, and John Janssen found his,” says Emily.
“Tweedledee and Tweedledum can walk away,” Alexis replied.
Emily escalates the exchange and yells, ‘Don’t call me stupid.’ You’re the dumbest girl I’ve ever met!’

Towards the end of the clip, Shannon and Alexis discuss the $75,000 lawsuit John filed against Shannon.
Alexis supports Janssen and declares: “I will not apologize for defending my man.” I was still going to sue you.
“And I ended up winning, asshole,” Shannon responds, seemingly having the last word.
The season 18 finale will drop Thursday at 9 pm ET on Bravo, with the multi-part reunion taking place on Thursday, November 7.
