At the time, Procaccino was the principal at Whites Tower Elementary School, where he worked for ten years before moving to Scott Middle School in July of this year.

The footage shows Procaccino drinking from the beer pipe with the students and holding the beer pipe high for both of them to drink from.

Earlier this month, the mother of one of the teens filed a police report with the video.

According to the police report, the mother was also concerned about the “revealing clothing” the girls were wearing in the video.

A Kenton County School District spokeswoman, Jessica Dykes, issued a statement on Oct. 21 saying, “Kenton County School District is aware of the investigation and we are cooperating with law enforcement.”

Dykes added, “This is a personnel matter, and Cody Wolf, assistant principal at Scott High School, has been named interim principal at this time.”

Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney Rob Sanders said nky LINK that, as far as he knows, “the accusations do not involve anything sexual.”

The two charges, according to the Kenton Police Department, are “criminal violations punishable by fines of up to $250 for each charge.”
