The Farmer Wants a Wife host, 47, confirmed earlier this month that she had undergone major surgery after suffering a “severe” case of osteoarthritis.
On Wednesday, Samantha smiled as she walked through a Sydney park with the aid of a metal hospital crutch.
The TV presenter cut a casual figure in black track pants and a navy zip-up jacket, which she paired with a wide-brimmed brown hat and sunglasses.
After surgery, she stayed comfortable in a pair of white sneakers and leaned on her crutch for support as she walked through the park.
His recovery appears to be going well as he is back on his feet just weeks after undergoing a hip replacement at St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Sydney.
Recovery from hip replacements can be slow and require specialized physical therapy.
Samantha confirmed she had undergone the operation earlier this month, sharing photographs of herself in hospital on Instagram.

On Wednesday, Samantha smiled as she walked through a Sydney park with the aid of a metal hospital crutch.
In a lengthy caption, he explained that he had been suffering from osteoarthritis after tearing the cartilage in his right hip.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease in which joint tissues deteriorate over time and is more common in older people.
She wrote: “Hip, hip, hooray. New hip, new me, no problem. A few weeks ago, I had a total hip replacement.
‘After a very active, outdoor childhood (and a skiing accident 30 years ago), I tore all the cartilage in my right hip.
“It was a bone collision and then it developed into severe osteoarthritis. I am very proud of how strong my body is and how well I have recovered.
‘I am now truly bionic… and my loved ones are glad they will never have to see me limp in pain again.
‘A huge thank you to the wonderful nurses at @stvincentshospitalsydney for the care, a bit of Endone (pic 5), lots of rehab and to all my beautiful friends for my flower filled room!.. xx
