The sale of the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Brisbane mansion came just days after it was put up for sale without a price guide.
The luxurious two-story Mediterranean-style home was scheduled to go up for auction on August 3.
But the house, located in Grange, 6km from the CBD, was snapped up by a buyer after just one inspection, reports The courier mail.
According to the publication, 198 people came to tour the property on its only open house day.
Realestate.com reports that the home was the most viewed property on the site and had attracted 13,000 views as of July 15.
The median home price in the neighborhood is $2.3 million.
Darius and Kayla completed renovations to the property last year after purchasing the block in 2022 for $1.6 million.

The couple hired Rouge Architect and CHS Builders to complete construction of the beautiful home, which they named Mala after a late friend of Kayla’s who died three years ago.
Designed with an obvious “Spanish” influence, the property features a swimming pool and entertainment terrace with an adjoining patio and covered terrace.

In 2022, they sold their posh Brisbane investment home for $3 million more than they paid for the land, so they could move to Mala once the work was completed.
Darius retired from first-class football in 2020 after a distinguished career playing for the Broncos, as well as St. George and the Newcastle Knights.
He married Kayla in 2012.
The couple share three children: daughters Willow, eight, Romi Yves, four, and Gia, three.
In April, they revealed they were expecting a fourth child, a boy, due in August.
