Nathalie Moar, the woman responsible for helping create Sean “Diddy” Combs’ image, has abruptly left her position following his arrest and imprisonment in connection with a federal sex trafficking case, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Moar, 55, was the disgraced rapper’s communications chief for more than two decades, but by Wednesday morning, her phone had been disconnected and her email was “no longer active,” just months after she described Diddy’s work as “truly humiliating.”
“Nathalie is gone,” the source said. “She’s gone 100 percent. She resigned today and she had no other choice. She had to resign, what else was she going to do? This situation left her no other choice.”
“Diddy was her whole world. She will probably be questioned about this, if she hasn’t already. Her cell phone will most likely have been confiscated; who knows what’s in there.”
The Australian native, who initially moved to New York City to begin a career as a commercial photographer, was hand-picked by Combs, 54, to be part of his leadership team in the late 1990s and stood by his side as he grew his $400 million empire.
Nathalie Moar, the PR expert behind Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, has abruptly resigned from her position in the wake of his arrest and imprisonment, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Moar, 55, was the 54-year-old rapper’s communications chief for more than two decades, but by Wednesday morning, her phone had been disconnected and her email was “no longer active.”
She served as executive vice president of communications at Combs Enterprises, where she played a major role in shaping its image and business portfolio, beginning with its fashion label, Sean John, in 1998.
He went on to launch Sean John’s Unforgivable and I Am King fragrances, Cîroc Vodka variants, the Bad Boy Reunion Tour and the documentary Can’t Stop Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story, as well as working on his VOTE OR DIE and Diddy Runs the City campaigns.
Moar, who is the CEO of Moar Magic, stood by Combs following his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit against the music mogul in November, in which the singer claimed he engaged in sex trafficking and abused her.
He was also present to take statements from Diddy’s lawyers after Homeland Security raided his properties in Miami and Los Angeles in March as part of the ongoing investigation into his alleged sex trafficking.
“Until the Cassie tape came out, a lot of people in Diddy’s entourage were skeptical of the allegations,” the source said. “But after that, people started to drop everything because they saw what a monster he was. He couldn’t hide it anymore.”
“Nathalie stayed with him after that. Now it’s time for accountability for him and everyone else involved.”
The source claimed those who worked for the rapper were told to refer to him as “Mr. Combs,” adding: “Everyone saw him as a god. There were so many people around him at all times.”
Moar, whose Instagram bio currently reads ‘ON VACATION’, opened up about her relationship with Diddy in an interview with Making The Boss in July 2023, in which she praised his ‘drive’ and said she enjoyed being surrounded by his ‘energy’.
“Nathalie is gone,” the source said. “She’s gone 100 percent. She resigned today and she had no other choice. She had to resign, what else was she going to do?
Combs pleaded not guilty Tuesday to conspiracy to commit racketeering and sex trafficking in federal court in the Manhattan district of New York City.

“I’m very similar to him in terms of his motivation. He’s very driven,” she said. “If you want something bad enough, you have to fight for it. There’s nothing that’s been imposed on him, that’s been given to him. He’s a very hard-working person. He’s dominated this industry for over 30 years. He didn’t get there by sitting around doing nothing.”
She continued: ‘He doesn’t take no for an answer and neither do I… I’m like him. I’ll fight to the end to get the things that we want, the things that I want for myself, personally… for what he might want for his business and his career… I like being around that energy.’
Moar, whose previous client list includes Bon Jovi and Britney Spears, among others, praised the businessman the following month, telling LA Confidential that they had a relationship built on “trust.”
“Working alongside Combs for over two decades has allowed us to understand each other intuitively,” he said. “It’s a relationship built on trust and understanding his vision.”
She said collaborating with Moar on “building his brand, his public persona and his iconic campaigns” had been one of the highlights of her career.
“Witnessing the lasting impact of their efforts on culture and society has been truly moving,” he said.
The star’s on-again, off-again ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, filed claims against Combs that were settled the day after they were filed in November.
Speaking to Forbes about their relationship in December 2022, she said the pair are so in tune that she doesn’t even “have to talk to him to know what he wants.”
“I know what you want,” he said. “I know how you want it. That makes it a lot easier. You don’t have to worry…”
The music mogul pleaded not guilty Tuesday to racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He is accused of inducing female victims and male sex workers to engage in drugged sex acts, sometimes lasting several days, called “freak offs.”
The indictment against him also alleges that he coerced and abused women for years, using blackmail and shocking acts of violence to keep his victims in line. It indirectly references an attack on his ex-girlfriend, Ventura, that was caught on video.
His lawyers had proposed that he be released on $50 million bail and placed under house arrest with electronic monitoring, but U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied the request.
“Mr. Combs is a fighter,” his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said after the trial. “He’s going to fight to the end. He’s innocent.”
For starters, he said he would appeal the bail decision.

The Bad Boy Records founder is accused of hitting, punching and dragging women, throwing objects at them and kicking them, and asking his personal assistants, security personnel and house staff to help him cover it all up.
“Not guilty,” Combs told the court, standing to speak after hearing the charges with his uncuffed hands folded in his lap.
Following his arrest, DailyMail.com reported that music executives and labels are making contingency plans in case damaging information emerges.
“There are at least five executives who have been advised to explore their options as they will not be protected by shareholders if allegations arise,” one source said on Tuesday.
The source noted that “record labels are terrified because record companies tend to get dragged into lawsuits” and that “encouraging potentially problematic executives to clean up their act is their way of protecting themselves.”
