Gia Carides found herself single after nearly two decades of marriage in 2015.
And the Australian actress, who was married to fellow actor Anthony LaPaglia for 17 years, says that as she approaches 60, she is not optimistic about finding love again.
“I’m old enough and cynical enough to accept that it might not happen,” the 59-year-old says in this week’s edition of Stellar Magazine.
“But the romantic in me makes me believe I could,” the My Big Fat Greek Wedding star continued.
‘I’m definitely open to it, although I’m probably the only person who hasn’t tried the apps. I just don’t relate to that.

The couple’s separation became public in 2015 when LaPaglia filed legal papers in the US citing irreconcilable differences, and the couple officially divorced a year later.
The former couple has one child together, Bridget LaPaglia, 21.
Just three months after announcing the split, Anthony revealed he was having an affair with a Melbourne woman, Alexandra Henkel, who was just 26 at the time.

LaPaglia, who resides in California, married Carides in 1998 after starring together in the 1994 Australian film Lucky Break, known as Paperback Romance in America.
He is best known for playing Jack Malone in the drama series Without A Trace, a role that earned him a Golden Globe Award in 2004.
