Mike Heslin passed away earlier this week at the age of 30, her husband Scotty Dynamo shared Friday.
He revealed that Heslin, who is known for appearing in the 2023 thriller series Lioness, died on July 2 after an “unexpected cardiac event” and a “week-long battle in hospital.”
Dynamo said that “the doctors have no explanation for what happened” because her husband was “young” and “in perfect health.”
She also said that because her husband wanted to be a donor, “he had given the gift of life to four different families.”
Dynamo also revealed that they began the “early stages of starting a family together” a week ago and had been choosing names for the babies.

Heslin appeared in two episodes of Lioness and starred in several television series, including In Their Shoes: A Journey to Homelessness, The Influencers, House Sitting, I Love You… But I Lied, Younger and 7 Deadly Sins.
He also played a role in the 2023 romantic comedy The Holiday Proposal Plan and the 2020 television film Boy*Friends.
In her post, Dynamo, who has been with Heslin since 2018 and married him less than a year ago in November 2023, shared a carousel of photos and wrote a touching eulogy about her beloved husband.
The grieving husband said Heslin died three weeks before his 31st birthday and four months before their first wedding anniversary.
She said her husband would have been “the most perfect father in the world” and added that if she “ever became a father,” she would name her son after him.
She went on to say that she hopes she can “raise him to become at least half the man you are.”
She said her beloved late husband, whom she also called her “best friend and soulmate,” was “truly the sweetest, most caring and most loving man on Earth.”
Addressing Heslin, she wrote: “When I felt you take your last breath, my heart broke into a million pieces.”
“If I had the power to switch places with you, I would do it in an instant,” she continued. “But I will take it day by day, as you always told me, and I will live each day in your honor.”

Dynamo also said Heslin was “bright, selfless, talented and a true guardian angel in life” and “single-handedly helped me through multiple rounds of cancer’ after he was diagnosed with testicular cancer in the fall of 2020.
“He was the first person everyone called to share good news, and he was the perfect person to call if they needed a shoulder to lean on or the best advice,” she wrote.
“Michael, meeting you was the best thing that ever happened to me. You are my world. You are everything to me,” she also wrote.
‘I know you’re in a better place and that heaven has gained another angel.’
At the end of his letter, he concluded: ‘Michael, in the words of Shania Twain:I will love you “forever and ever.”
