Matthew Perry’s former home in Pacific Palisades sold for $8.55 million in an off-market deal a year after his tragic passing.
Almost exactly a year after he was found dead in the residence’s hot tub on October 28, 2023, at just 54 years old, the Friends star’s 3,500-square-foot mansion was purchased by film producer and real estate developer Anita Verma-Lallian, who is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Verma-Lallian intends to use the property as a “vacation home.”
Perry bought the four-bedroom home in 2020 for $6 million.
Before purchasing his latest home, the Fools Rush In actor sold a mansion in Malibu and a luxurious penthouse in Century City.

Before his death, Perry frequently shared photos of his home, pool and garden, revealing that he was a big fan of Batman, as the caped crusader’s artwork featured prominently in his home.

His death was ruled accidental due to the acute effects of ketamine. Buprenorphine, which is often used to treat opioid addiction, was also found in his system.
Contributing factors to his death were drowning and coronary artery disease.
The 3,000-square-foot property on Blue Sail Drive was built in 1965 as a modest ranch-style home.

She completely renovated the property, swapping a light oak floor for darker wood and boho furniture for much brighter colors.
The stunning four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home is nestled on a hillside overlooking the ocean, and many of the rooms offer panoramic views of the Pacific.
