He recently settled an ongoing dispute with Spears’ father, Jamie, over his attorney fees, which was resolved in April, and Spears gushed about him in May.

Rosengart said there is no active litigation involving Spears at this time, as he thanked the singer in a statement.
“It has been an honor to serve as Britney’s litigator, working with her to achieve her goals of obtaining the court-ordered suspension of her former guardian, followed by the restoration of her fundamental rights and civil liberties, while continuing to protect her and, most recently “As I have always said, the credit goes to Britney,” Rosengart said in a statement.
He added in another statement on April 26: “As she wished, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to attend or be involved in court or become entangled in legal proceedings in this matter.”
While Rosengart played several roles for Spears behind the scenes, the primary one was that of litigator and now his services are no longer needed.
It was understood between the singer and the lawyer that the agreement would come to an end at some point, which is now.
Rosengart was also instrumental in helping the singer land a big deal with Simon & Schuster for her best-selling memoir, The Woman In Me.
She also helped establish a prenuptial agreement for her marriage to Sam Asghari, a restraining order against her ex Jason Alexander, and much more.
Last month, she praised Rosengart after he helped her following her bizarre incident at Chateau Marmont.
