Married At First Sight’s Timothy Smith and Tori Adams got into a very intense final dinner fight during Wednesday night’s drama-filled episode.
Timothy, 51, had no qualms about making his opinions known about couple Tori and Jack Dunkley’s controversial relationship as he accused them of ‘faking’ their romance.
He became embroiled in a tense row with Tori, 27, at dinner when he accused them of being “full of shit”, saying he questioned whether their connection was “real” because they hadn’t had sex.
Tori was quick to respond and accused him of being hypocritical, as he has not yet started getting physical with his wife Lucinda Light and has said he is “slow.”
Lauren Dunn also piled on the criticism when she made a comment about Timothy dating women half his age while talking about his past relationships while defending himself.
Married at First Sight’s Timothy Smith (pictured) and Tori Adams got into a very intense last dinner fight during Wednesday night’s drama-filled episode.
Timothy, 51, was not shy about making his opinion known about couple Tori and Jack Dunkley’s (pictured) controversial relationship, accusing them of ‘faking’ their romance.
The tension began before dinner, when Tori revealed that she had run into Timothy off-camera and claimed that he said he would be “targeting” her and Jack at the group meeting.
She said of the encounter: ‘He had not unpleasant, but really bitter, things to say about me. I was like, “oh dude, you’re so bitter.”
Back at the apartment, Tori told Jack, “He doesn’t think we’re genuine,” to which Jack insisted, “I think we’re the strongest couple here.”
Tori warned him, “He said at dinner that we’re his target and he’s coming after us,” while Jack seemed unimpressed and said he could start if he did.
At dinner, Timothy was unimpressed when he heard Tori and Jack talk about their romance and didn’t shy away from calling their connection ‘nonsense.’
Speaking to the camera, Timothy said: ‘Jesus Christ, it’s a big love fest. Looking around, I still think Tori and Jack are full of shit. I still don’t buy it.’
He became embroiled in a tense row with Tori, 27, at dinner when he accused them of being “full of shit”, saying he questioned whether their connection was “real”.
As Tori gushed about how things were going between her and Jack, who recently said he wasn’t sexually attracted to Tori, Timothy responded, ‘Damn! That’s silly!’
Tori was quick to hit back when she said, “You talk a lot about authenticity on our part, I thought that was a rich comment coming from you.”
Timothy then insisted that everyone was “judging” each other’s relationships, and Tori responded that they weren’t.
Timothy then admitted that he was wondering whether their relationship was “real or not,” prompting Tori to ask, “Do you think we go home at night and sleep in separate rooms and eat in separate rooms?”
Sara then asked Timothy, ‘What makes their relationship fake?’
To which Timothy addressed Jack: ‘You’re a sexual person, that’s not happening!’ There’s no harm in having an opinion.’
To the camera, Timothy added: “That’s my right and that’s my duty.” We don’t live in a communist country, I can say anything about anyone at any time, hang in there princess, if you don’t like it, go somewhere else.’
Tori then said, ‘I have a lot of respect for you, Lucinda, there’s no connection there…we’re leaps and bounds away from people who are maybe even sleeping together on a level of connection.’
Tori was quick to respond and accused him of being a hypocrite, as he has not yet started getting physical with his wife Lucinda Light and has said he is “slow.”
Tori urged Timothy to focus on his own relationship, and he responded, “The slow burn thing is really real, all my relationships started in friendship.”
‘I can see a bond starting with Lucinda, she’s actually quite a gentle soul. But Jack and Tori, I don’t believe the whole slow burn thing, I think they’re about to disappear,” she added.
However, Lauren then asked: ‘Weren’t they like 23? Wasn’t one of them 23?
With Timothy ignoring her and saying, “Let’s not get into the finer details,” while Lucinda looked very uncomfortable on the other side of the table.
Speaking on camera, he said of his past romances: “I’ve dated girls from 53 to 23, get over it.” I don’t have a stereotypical type. If I connect with someone over a period of time.’
Timothy insisted he didn’t care about anyone’s opinions of him, before adding: “I think you’re all pulling shit out of the air.” Let’s see where we all are in a couple of weeks.
Experts don’t seem impressed with his outburst, as they said he was “hurting and humiliating” Lucinda while lashing out at the other couples.
Tori then fumed: ‘You’re holding on buddy, you’re holding on to nothing! You say “oh, they must not like each other, they’re not even sleeping together.” You don’t even like your wife!’
Lauren Dunn also piled on the criticism when she made a comment about Timothy dating women half his age while talking about his past relationships while defending himself.
Timothy looked enraged and replied, “That’s a bit cruel, that’s a bit nonsense.”
Speaking to the camera, Lucinda said of the outburst: “I feel a bit humiliated… I just wanted to hide in my little shell, I felt quite uncomfortable to be completely honest.”
When asked how she felt at dinner, Lucinda said: “At this point I’m still coming to grips with whether Tim is for me, let’s not rule that out… The lifestyles are very different – he watches TV, he eats a lot of sugar.” He likes things and not things so I’m wondering if he’s actually for me so that’s where we are.
“With all this explosion happening around me, I just wanted to crawl into a hole and get under the duvet cover and not be around,” she added to the camera.
