A lawyer for one of Diddy’s accusers has claimed that a “high-profile person” had been present during “pornographic” acts at the disgraced rapper’s Atlanta home.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54, who was denied bail by a judge, was charged with sex trafficking, extortion and transportation into prostitution earlier this month in New York City.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney for one of the musical artist’s accusers, appeared during Friday’s episode of Banfield on NewsNation and claimed that someone had contacted her regarding the “sale of one of Diddy’s tapes.”

She alleged that the person was “higher profile” but did not reveal the name of the person who could be seen on the tape.

“There have already been tapes leaked in Hollywood that were being shopped around, but one person in particular contacted me about buying a particular video.”

The lawyer further told the host that “I can say that the video was pornographic.”

‘This was at his home in Atlanta and it appears the person is not watching the video. It doesn’t seem to me that that person knows that they are being videotaped,” Ariel stated.

While also in Banfield, the attorney spoke about one of her clients who was allegedly sexually assaulted by Combs in 2018.

According to Mitchell-Kidd, the accuser had also filed a police report after allegedly being able to “escape” at the time.

‘She approached me a few weeks ago. “She called me and told me about her attack and her escape,” Ariel said.

“I was at a friend’s house who had ties to the industry and Diddy decided to come over to the house.”

However, it wasn’t until Diddy arrived at the house that she realized he allegedly had plans to traffic her for sex.

“This led to him being served a drink. She started to feel dizzy. “Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object,” Mitchell-Kidd said.

“And then he ordered another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.”

However, Ariel’s client supposedly managed to escape and headed to the streets near the house, with a neighbor also witnessing the moment.

It comes shortly after Diddy’s own attorney made a shocking statement about a plea deal for his client.

The embattled rapper has no plans to take a plea deal, according to his attorney Marc Agnifilo.

Combs insists he is innocent and plans to fight the trial to the end, Agnifilo said. TMZ for the outlet’s new documentary about the case.

His attorney also shared that Combs strongly believes this is a “racially motivated prosecution” and that he is being targeted because he is a “successful black man.”

This comes after his attorney previously told the outlet that Combs “can’t wait” to testify in court.

Agnifilo, a former Manhattan deputy district attorney, told the outlet that Combs plans to “fight this case not only for himself, but for others in a similar position” who also face government persecution.

His attorney also said Combs has his family in mind and wants to show them that he is “the same man they have always known.”

Agnifilo previously said the Bad Boy Records founder is “eager” to testify.

“I don’t know if I could keep him off the stand,” he said. “I think he’s very eager to tell his story. And I think he will tell every part of his story.”

He shared that Combs also wants to tell his side of the story regarding the 2016 hotel security footage of him attacking his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

“He has his story and he has a story that I think only he can tell the way he can tell it in real time,” Agnifilo told the outlet. And it is a human story. It’s a love story. It is a story of pain. It is a story of heartbreak.”

He is also expected to be questioned about his extortion parties.

On September 16, Combs was indicted in New York City for racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He pleaded not guilty to all three charges and was denied bail.

The judge presiding over his case agreed with prosecutors that he was a serious risk of flight and that he represented a danger to others.

This comes after Agnifilo explained the alleged motive behind the ‘1,000 bottles’ of baby oil and lubricant that authorities found at Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles.

“I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there’s a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know,” he told the New York Post.

Costco later weighed in and criticized the allegations in a statement to TMZsaying that they do not sell baby oil in any of their US retail stores.

Last week, Combs was placed on suicide watch after being denied bail.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Institute of Corrections, suicide watch is when “supervisory precautions are taken for suicidal inmates who require frequent observation.”

However, Combs remains positive, according to his attorney. “His mood is really remarkably positive,” Agnifilo said.

“I spend several hours with him every day. His determination is strong. “He is committed,” he continued.

“He’s focused on his defense,” he said before adding that Combs “has accepted the fact that this is where he is for now.”

Agnifilo also said he is working to set a trial date as soon as possible.
