Australian shoppers are in a frenzy over Kmart’s new makeup range, and beauty purchases have been compared to a high-end brand’s best-selling products.

Kmart’s OXX Cosmetics recently launched its ‘Sparkling Rose’ collection, and eagle-eyed fans have noticed clear similarities to Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup for a fraction of the price.

OXX has copies of the popular Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter skin tint, blushes and bronzers, lip glosses, eye shadows and highlighters.

Many brands have previously attempted to duplicate the iconic foundation and beauty glow wands, but makeup expert Danielle Caisha has called the new Kmart buys “even better than the originals.”

“I almost fainted walking into Kmart – OXX Beauty has so many new products,” the Perth content creator said in a video. “The Sparkling Rose collection looks a little familiar to me.”

Many brands have tried to duplicate beauty glow wands, but makeup expert Caisha Danielle has called Kmart’s new purchases “even better than the original.”

Caisha was immediately “obsessed” with the light of beauty that wants to deceive.

The originals sell for $60, while the Kmart version costs just $8.

“Kmart is a much better match than Charlotte Tilbury – it looks exactly the same,” he said. “It mixes like butter; it’s really good.”

Caisha added: ‘These are only $8 each; don’t miss them. They are brilliant and better than the Charlotte Tilbury.’

Buyers have praised the affordable price and smooth product.

“I love the foundation so much,” one revealed on TikTok.

Caisha reviewed the purchase and said it was “very bright and shiny” but didn’t create very good coverage.

“It’s very clear, not much product comes out of the wand,” she said. “I’ll use it more as a brightening primer than a skin tint.”

Other dupes in the collection include the OXX Cosmetics Sparkling Rose Highlighter ($8), which is similar to the Hollywood Glow Glide Face Architect Highlighter ($73).

Both purchases promise makeup lovers the “perfect glow.”

Australians have also shared their love for Kmart cosmetics online.

‘OMG, the bronzer is so good!’ one said.

“Most of my makeup collection now is Kmart, hurriedly looked at it in the car, 10 minute job, sat there for 15 and a half hours before washing it off,” another shared.

A fourth added: “I really like OXX products – they’re cheap and work well.”

‘I love this! Looks like Kmart beat out other suckers,” one woman added.
