The disgraced Hollywood actor tells Piers Morgan Uncensored that he is about to be declared bankrupt after having to pay millions in legal fees to fight a high-profile sexual assault court case.

In the explosive interview airing at 8pm on YouTube, Spacey, 64, reveals his Baltimore home is being auctioned off because he can no longer afford to pay the bills.

When asked where he lives now, he says, “So the answer to that question is: I’m not really sure where I’m going to live now, but I’ve been in Baltimore since we started filming House of Cards there.”

He has twice avoided bankruptcy since Hollywood cut him off after allegations were made against the double Oscar winner of sexual misconduct in 2017.

Morgan: ‘Where do you live now?’

Spacey: ‘Well, it’s funny you asked that question, because this week, where I’ve been living in Baltimore, they’re being repossessed. My house is being sold at auction.

Spacey: ‘Well, I mean, you have some sense of legal bills. I still owe a lot of legal bills that I haven’t been able to pay.’

Morgan: ‘Are you really in debt?’

Spacey: “Yes.”

Morgan: ‘Do you mind if I ask you how much you owe?’

Spacey: “It’s considerable.”

Morgan: ‘Millions?’

Spacey: ‘Many millions, yes. The house itself is worth many millions.

Morgan: ‘What are you going to do?’

Spacey: “Get back on the horse.”

But in February it reached an agreement with Media Rights Capital (MRC) to pay $1 million.

And Spacey reveals in the interview with Morgan that he is now practically penniless and owes “many millions.”

“Well, I mean you have some idea about legal bills,” he says. “I still owe a lot of legal bills that I haven’t been able to pay.”

Spacey was one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood until allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced.

In July last year, Spacey faced trial at Southwark Crown Court on nine counts of sexual offenses in a case involving four men. He vehemently denied his claims and the jury acquitted him of all charges.

Defending Spacey, Sharon Stone said she “can’t wait to see Kevin back at work.”

“If anyone thinks that I don’t deeply regret the mistakes I’ve made or the decisions I’ve made or that I hurt someone along the way, then they’re not aware of the personal work I’ve been doing for the last seven years,” he claimed.

Appearing to be on the verge of tears, his voice began to crack as he continued, “If anyone thinks I’m going to quit acting, they’ve misunderstood me in every way.”

Defending Spacey, Sharon Stone said, “I can’t wait to see Kevin back at work.”

‘He is a genius. “He is very smart and funny, extremely generous and he knows more about our craft than most of us,” he told the Daily Telegraph.

The Basic Instinct star, 66, said it was clear that aspiring actors “wanted and want to be close to him.”

Liam Neeson also gave a brilliant testimony to Spacey’s character.

‘I was deeply saddened to learn of these accusations against him. “Kevin is a good man and a man of character,” he said.

‘He is sensitive, articulate and non-judgmental, with a tremendous sense of humor. He is also one of our greatest performers on stage and on camera. Personally, he is greatly needed and missed by our industry.’
