The 16-year-old made her red carpet debut in April at the American Film Institute’s 2024 Lifetime Achievement Awards Gala, which honored the storied film career of her mother, Nicole Kidman.

She has also recently appeared on other red carpets, including the Balenciaga Haute Couture show at Paris Fashion Week.

However, an insider has revealed that Women’s Day that Keith, 56, would prefer Sunday stay out of the spotlight until she “grows up.”

‘He knows he’s overprotective, but he wants Sunday to wait a few years to really grow up before even thinking about becoming a star.’

The source added that Sunday Rose, who is looking more and more like her famous mother by the day, is putting pressure on Nicole, 57, to be allowed to attend red carpet events with “overprotective” Keith preferring his daughter stay at home.

“Keith is really caught between a rock and a hard place,” the source said.

‘Sunday and Nicole are the same type, but he’s worried that Nic is taking the easy way out and saying “yes” too many times to his daughter.’

“He knows he’s overprotective, but he wants Sunday to wait a few years to really mature before even thinking about becoming a star,” a source told Woman’s Day.

“I love being a dad,” Keith said. “I didn’t know I would ever be one.”

The hitmaker continued: “It’s an amazing feeling.

“And having girls… I love having girls. You know, I come from a family of no sisters, just one brother. So it’s been quite a learning curve in a good way.”

Keith added that their family life was pretty “normal” and said they didn’t get caught up in the trappings of fame.

“We have a real life in the sense that we do the most normal things as a family and we don’t live on social media all the time,” Keith said.

“We don’t read the tabloids. We don’t pay attention to them.”
