Julie Bishop’s new partner is an avid motorcyclist who proudly shows off his motorcycles online.
The former foreign minister, 67, is dating Perth man Stephen Gray and the pair appear to have been together for several months.
The couple are seen in photos shared on Ms Bishop’s Instagram where she debuted with him in July 2023.
Although little is known about Mr. Gray, his Facebook profile shows him proudly standing behind a cafe racer-style motorcycle, wearing a black leather jacket.
He also shared photos of a yellow Ducati motorcycle parked along the port.
Ms Bishop’s name and her “partner” Steve Gray were together on the guest list for the Australian Grand Prix’s Glamor on the Grid event on Wednesday night.
However, the former deputy leader of the Liberal Party clarified that she would not be attending and would be returning to her hometown of Perth.

Julie Bishop is in a new relationship with Perth man Stephen Gray, two years after ending her eight-year relationship with David Panton.
Mr Gray has shared photos of his motorbikes on his Facebook page and is wearing a t-shirt with a bike graphic on it.
The couple recently traveled to South Australia for a “fabulous outback adventure”.
In a video shared on her Instagram account, Ms Bishop made a montage of images and clips from their outback vacation and tagged Mr Gray.
A short video showed the couple posing together next to a small plane.
‘Great Land of the South. Thank you @quondong_oakbank_stations for our fabulous outback adventure – 350km from Adelaide on a 1,477km2 Merino station,” she captioned her post.
They were also pictured having dinner together with friends in December last year.
She shared images of Mr Gray on social media and first did so on Instagram in July 2023.
News of Ms Bishop’s new romance comes almost two years after her ex David Panton, 62, allegedly dumped her during a dinner in Sydney in July 2022 – ending their eight-year relationship.
During their partnership, Ms Bishop took Mr Panton to the United Nations to meet world leaders, to Buckingham Palace to hobnob with British royalty and to the White House where he met Donald and Melania Trump.
The couple first came to the public eye in 2014 and have been photographed at countless celebrity events over the years, including the 2018 wedding of Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough.
Ms Bishop was said to have been “blindsided” by the sudden breakdown in the relationship, sources close to the former politician said.
