Republicans on Tuesday will question Hunter Biden's business partner who has since turned against him, Tony Bobulinski.

Hunter Biden’s former business partner who has since turned against him, Tony Bobulinski, says Joe Biden was the “enabler” of his family’s lucrative foreign businesses.

He plans to tell Republicans leading the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden today that the president “enabled” deals with China and other foreign adversaries, according to his opening statement obtained by DailyMail.com.

“I want to be very clear: from my direct personal experience and what I have subsequently learned, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was ‘the brand’ that the Biden family was selling,” he says in his opening remarks.

He goes on to say that Joe was “more than a participant” in his family’s business, but rather “a facilitator, despite being protected by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.”

Bobulinski will appear today before impeachment investigators in the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees in a deposition that is expected to take up most of the day.

“The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period,” DailyMail.com has learned he will say. Additionally, he plans to detail how the Chinese energy company CEFC ‘successfully tried to infiltrate and compromise’ the Obama-Biden White House.

Bobulinski, a Navy veteran, worked with Hunter Biden and his uncle Jim, Joe’s brother, in 2017 to create the SinoHawk Holdings joint venture with CEFC.

Joe Biden, seen with his son Hunter in June, has always insisted that he was not involved in Hunter’s business dealings.

In 2020, Bobulinski published an email from May 2017 detailing an equity split proposal for a Chinese investment.

The cryptic message said 20 percent of the profits would be split, 10 percent to ‘Jim’, presumably Hunter’s uncle Jim Biden, and ’10 to H for the big guy.’

Bobulinski stated that ‘the big guy’ was Joe Biden, who was vice president until January 2017.

He will also tell impeachment investigators that it is “also not a coincidence” that CEFC used the Biden family’s “weakest link,” Hunter, to funnel tens of millions of dollars.

Additionally, he says he has “never” been contacted by the Department of Justice, the FBI, the IRS or any law enforcement authorities about his allegations.

Bobulinski previously claimed that the FBI ignored evidence about the Biden family’s alleged crimes and “altered history” by suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.

In an explosive interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson in 2022, Bobulinski brought up a voicemail that he says proves Joe was well aware of Hunter’s deal with CEFC.

Joe Biden called Hunter in December 2018 and told him he wanted to talk to him after reading a New York Times story about Hunter’s dealings with Chinese oil giant CEFC.

Files from Hunter’s abandoned laptop previously disclosed by DailyMail.com show he reached a settlement with the Chinese company worth millions of dollars.

The 2018 Times article noted that CEFC president Ye Jianming had been arrested in China and his lieutenant Patrick Ho had been convicted of bribery.

After seeing the story online, Joe called Hunter and left a voicemail saying he was “free.”

‘I thought the online article, which will be printed in the Times tomorrow, was good. I think you’re clear on that,” Joe said in the voicemail.

The message flies in the face of the president’s repeated denials that Joe ever discussed or was involved in Hunter’s overseas business dealings.

Hunter’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, claimed Bobulinski lied to the FBI.

Late last year, Hunter asked Washington, D.C., federal prosecutor Matthew Greaves to investigate his former partner, saying Bobulinski had deliberately misrepresented his ties to the Biden family.

He is accused of acting to defame “the character and reputation of (Hunter) Biden and his family, and to boost his own sense of self-worth.”

IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who testified that the federal investigation into Hunter was tainted by political influence, also claimed that Joe Biden was “the big guy.”

Next week, Republicans will hear from President Joe Biden’s brother, James, on February 21, and from Hunter himself on February 28.

Republicans subpoenaed the two to testify and threatened them with contempt charges before they agreed to attend closed-door testimony.
