Jim Harbaugh fulfilled a months-long promise Saturday by getting a tattoo of the Michigan logo and the team’s record from last season, 15-0.
On his right forearm, Harbaugh now has a block M, like the Wolverines’ logo, with the record digits underneath in black ink.
Harbaugh, a Michigan alumnus, led the Wolverines to their first national title since 1997. Last year he declared he would get a tattoo if his team accomplished the feat.
As the tattoo artist put the finishing touches on Harbaugh, he seemed disgusted with himself.
Weeks after leading Michigan to a national title, he left school to return to the NFL and be the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers.
