Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has admitted she feels more guilty about smoking cigarettes than vaping.

The radio presenter, 49, spoke candidly about her smoking habit with her co-presenter Kylie Sandilands on her self-titled KIIS FM radio show on Wednesday.

He confessed that he tries to avoid smoking cigarettes in public because he feels that people judge him more than vaping.

Jackie said she feels like a “dirty outcast” for continuing to smoke cigarettes as she spoke of her guilt over the habit.

‘I try not to smoke in public, but I do. I try to go around corners and hide in alleys. I feel like they judge you these days,’ she shared.

“It’s all very well vaping, all right, but smoking, oh no, we’re dirty outcasts, totally.”

However, radio host Kyle, 52, urged her: “Don’t worry about the people, do it yourself!”

Jackie has had a busy few days attending Australian Fashion Week and had to leave her radio show early on Tuesday to attend her friend Pip Edward’s show.

She was forced to leave work early while heading to Pip’s PE Nation show with her daughter Kitty, 13, who she shares with ex Lee Henderson.

The mother-daughter duo had already attended the first day of AFW at Sydney’s Carriageworks on Monday for Carla Zampatti’s opening night show.

However, when Jackie left the radio studio early on Tuesday for the second event, Kyle chastised her for taking Kitty out of school to attend the fashion show.

He noted that they often promote a government scheme that urges parents not to take their children out of school while commenting on Kitty’s absence.

He said, ‘Why isn’t she at school? Aren’t we reading ads that say don’t take your children out of her school? There’s an ad here that says keep her kids in school. We’re both reading it!’

Kitty then briefly appeared on the radio to greet listeners, while Jackie insisted that attending AFW was a great experience for Kitty, who wants to work in fashion.

“Listen, it’s a great experience for her because she loves fashion and wants to get into that field, right?” Jackie shared.

Jackie and Kitty were later seen posing at Pip Edwards’ PE Nation show, their first at AFW since co-founder Claire Greaves’ departure.

They had a front row seat at the glitzy event as they sat next to Julie Bishop as they cheered on Pip during the show.
