A Sri Lankan international student is fighting for his life after being cowardly beaten by a stranger.
Geeth Madushanka, 28, was attacked at a BP petrol station in Langford, Perth, at around 10pm on 25 May.
Police allege Cyril Benedict Garlett, 30, pushed Madushanka and then punched him in the face, causing the student to fall and hit his head.

Madushanka, who has been studying in Perth since February, is still receiving treatment in the Royal Perth Hospital ICU a week later.
Officers say Garlett had already attacked two other men earlier that day.

His loved ones are now raising money for his treatment on GoFundMe, saying he has a “long road ahead.” So far they have raised $9,000.
Garlett has been charged with grievous bodily harm, assault occasioning bodily harm and criminal damage or destruction of property.
