The Modern Day Knight Project boasts that it can turn participants into “the husband, father, and man you respect and admire” in just three days.
This intensive training camp aimed at entrepreneurs, executives and leaders includes a series of grueling physical challenges, such as ice baths, long runs and bear walks.
A challenge called “75 Hour Crucible” costs $18,000 and promises those who sign up that the challenge will “shatter their self-doubt and limiting beliefs” and help them “heal from the trauma that makes them feel broken and unworthy.”
But videos of participants lifting hammers while sitting in the ocean in Chino Hills, California, while being yelled at, have sparked ridicule of the “toxic” project on social media.
In one viral clip, an instructor yells at attendees: ‘Damn dropouts, you pieces of shit, do you want to be a better husband, a better father, a better man?’

In a viral clip, an instructor stands in front of attendees and tells them that 60 percent of them won’t make it to the end of the course.
“None of you deserve to be here, you better move with a damn purpose,” the instructor continued.
In another clip posted on TikTok, a group of men are seen on the beach in the dark.
An instructor can be heard aggressively shouting: “Come here, you fucking slow and fat guy.”
Two men are removed from the group and told to “eat damn cookies” while the others crawl across the sand towards them.
“They’re going to crawl and suffer until you finish the damn cookie,” the instructors shout.
Other images taken inside the training camp and posted online show intense wrestling, ice baths and weight lifting exercises.
In a promotional video the Project’s founder, Bedros Keuilian, said: “The Project is not an experience, it is also a process.”
“It’s like giving chemotherapy to a cancerous area of the body,” he explained.
“You have to be able to control your emotions,” he added.

Some social media users have expressed skepticism of the camp’s tactics.
“Honestly, I feel for these guys,” one user wrote on Reddit.
“Imagine how fucking broken you have to be to volunteer to be robbed like that, in the hope that it will improve your life.”
“It’s a really shitty $20 self-help e-book, and a week at a CrossFit gym, except some degenerate who’s failed at everything else in his life keeps telling you what a fucking loser you are, and then they take away from you.” $18,000.” ”added the user.
“Honestly, if you’re so insecure about your masculinity that you’re willing to pay through the nose to be abused and belittled by a bearded bastard who invariably looks like he’s enjoying it way more than strictly necessary, you.” “You are the furthest thing from ‘an alpha,'” another wrote on the site.
‘I don’t understand a second of this. What is the purpose? “Being verbally assaulted and physically abused to return to your desk job,” a third commented on the footage.
