An American traveler has caused a stir with her ‘hilarious’ reaction to a Melbourne supermarket.
Tiffany Chen recently posted a video about the “shocking things” she found at Woolworths, including six different flavors of Tim Tim, the deli’s lack of kangaroo meat, and “strange” brands she’d never heard of.
“I’ve only seen one flavor of Tim Tam,” he said. “There is such a variety of Vegemite – tHey, they also have gluten and less salt!
Tiffany was surprised when she went to the deli section and couldn’t find kangaroo meat, but that wasn’t the most upsetting part of her grocery store visit.
‘Oh my god, the eggs aren’t in the fridge! she exclaimed after discovering the egg aisle. “They’re just sitting it on a shelf.”

Australian food and safety standards state that eggs do not need to be refrigerated because they are not pasteurized, unlike in the United States.
Eggs in New Zealand also do not need refrigeration.
A Woolworths staff member also commented and revealed that not all stores sell kangaroo meat, it is usually placed next to chicken.
Tiffany was also baffled by the chip aisle.
‘Do Cheetos come in balls? What are Twisties? Blacksmiths? Cheezels? Is it like Cheez-Its and weasels? she asked.
He also stated that the Australian macaroni and cheese package was the “first time he saw macaroni and cheese that he doesn’t want to eat.”
The traveler did not know that Tim Tams existed in several flavors.
Tiffany seemed confused to find new Australian brands she had never encountered before.

“I’ve never seen these brands (of toilet paper) in my life, except Kleenex,” she said, walking down the toiletries aisle.
The traveler was also shocked by the size of the avocados and bananas, stating that they were “much bigger” than the fruits she had seen in California.
Many Australians did not appreciate Tiffany’s blows.
“At least taxes are included in the price,” said one of them.
“You go crazy over six flavors of Tim Tam when you have aisles full of different cereals,” another added.
‘You know what I don’t understand as an Australian… cream. Why don’t you just use milk? asked a man.
“It’s almost like a different country has different brands and foods,” one woman wrote. “It shouldn’t be shocking.”
