Sina previously matched with Rames on a dating app and went to a pond with him and Sayed to drink alcohol on June 13, 2021, where they assaulted her and treated her like “their puppet,” she said.
“Since that day in the summer of 2021, nothing has been the same,” Sina, now 21, told Bild.
Now, three years after the shocking rape, Sina has testified against her attackers in court, who reportedly simply smiled at her from the dock when she spoke of her ordeal.

‘The nightmare repeats itself again when I look at their faces. As if everything had happened yesterday,’ he said.
Sina said the assault began when she and Sayed kissed, during which he bit her lower lip and squeezed her breasts, ignoring her objections that she did not want this.
Prosecutors allege that Rames then pressured her to go with him to the bushes by the pond, where he asked her to satisfy him orally.
Sina refused, but Rames allegedly took his hand and put it on his erect penis and the 18-year-old did what the Afghan wanted out of fear, prosecutors added.
Sayed then allegedly pushed her into the bushes, pulled down her pants and raped Sina, while she allegedly pleaded with him: “Stop, that hurts.”
‘No one cared about my “no.” “They spoke in their language, I was their puppet,” he said.
Sayed, who has lived in Germany since 2015, was known to the police for assault and was convicted in 2016. He works as an electrician.
Meanwhile, Rames is unemployed, has no qualifications and currently lives with his parents on a temporary residence permit.
Rames and Sayed reportedly claimed to police that both sexual acts were consensual and repeated this in court, claiming that Sina even started it all.
But Sina says she explicitly told Rames after they matched on the dating app that she would only go so far as to kiss him when they met.
Sina’s lawyer Ulrich Warncke has filed a complaint with the court over the two-year delay of the trial after charges were filed against Rames and Sayed in October 2022.
A verdict in the case is expected on December 4.
