Gavin Newsom says Trump is “not true” after he claims he almost crashed a helicopter with Kamala’s 90-year-old ex-lover

Donald Trump told a dramatic story on Thursday about how he was on a plane with Kamala Harris and her ex-boyfriend Willie Brown when he almost “fell off.”

But Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, called the story “complete nonsense.”

Newsom said he was on the helicopter in 2018 with Trump and Jerry Brown, the former governor of California.

Separately, Willie Brown, now 90, said he had never flown in a helicopter with Trump.

Newsom said there was no emergency landing.

The second gentleman, who is leading the U.S. delegation to the closing ceremony, attended the men’s basketball game between the United States and Serbia.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign was forced to update its online biography of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz after an apparent error about his military record.

Walz retired from the National Guard for 24 years in 2005 to run for Congress. He served as a command sergeant major but was promoted back to master sergeant when he left the Army because he had not completed the courses to earn the higher rank.

President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will make their first appearance together since she became the Democratic nominee.

The duo will travel to Maryland on Aug. 15 to “discuss the progress they are making to reduce costs for the American people,” the White House said.

Former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, 90, said Donald Trump’s claim that they shared a near-death experience “never happened.”

Republican presidential candidate Trump told reporters at a news conference at Mar-A-Lago that he and Brown were in a helicopter that was forced to make an emergency landing and both men thought this “might be the end.”

However, according to Brown, he and Trump had never ridden on the same helicopter and instead he was doing his best “creative fiction.”

Kamala Harris’ campaign unveiled two new campaign ads promoting her “toughness” on the southern border.

“Fixing the border is hard. So is Kamala Harris,” the male narrator proclaims.

A second ad portrays Harris as someone who grew up “middle class.”

“She worked at McDonalds while getting her degree… Kamala Harris knows what it’s like to be middle class,” the ad’s narrator says.
