A Fox news host crushed Jen Psaki in book sales even though the former White House press secretary’s book came out weeks before hers.
Pete Hegseth’s book ‘The War on Warriors: Behind the Betrayal of the Men Who Keep Us Free’ has sold 60,000 copies since its release on June 4.
By comparison, former Biden spokesperson Psaki’s ‘Say More,’ which was released on May 6, has sold fewer than 22,000 copies total to date, according to Bookscan.
MSNBC colleague Joy Reid’s ‘Medgar and Myrlie’ has sold 28,469 copies since its release in early February.
And Hegseth has also criticized CNN host Jake Tapper’s ‘All The Demons Are Here’, which has sold only 15,427 copies in the 11 months it has been on sale.
Hegseth’s debut hit number one on the New York Times bestseller list, marking the fourth time it has appeared on the weekly rankings.
This occurs despite research carried out by the Economist suggesting that the newspaper’s iconic bestseller list is less likely to include works by conservative authors, even if they sell the same number of copies as other works.

Tech mogul Elon Musk is among those raising the alarm about possible political bias.
He tweeted that the NYT is “pure propaganda” after social critic Rob Henderson’s book “Troubled,” the book exposing the hypocrisy of America’s elite. It failed to make a dent in the price despite good sales in its first week.
The NYT has never revealed the metrics behind its weekly rankings, leading other conservatives to believe they too have been attacked.
Other alleged victims include Ted Cruz, radio host Clay Travis and former White House press secretary during the George W. Bush administration, Ari Fleischer.
The study found that, on average, books from conservative publishers are seven percentage points less likely to make the NYT best-seller list than those with comparable sales.
Hegseth’s latest title explores how changes in the military have affected those in uniform and uncovered “deep dysfunction” in the military.
Hegseth’s book ‘The War Against Warriors: Behind the Betrayal of the Men Who Keep Us Free’ has sold 60,000 copies since its publication on June 4.

The news anchor was an Army National Guard infantry major with tours in Afghanistan, Iraq and Guantanamo Bay.
He has two Bronze Stars and a Combat Infantryman Badge for his service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
He joined FOX News as a contributor in 2014 and currently co-hosts Fox & Friends alongside Will Cain and Rachel Campos-Duffy.
Hegseth’s latest book has also outsold MSNB host Joy Reid’s ‘Megar & Myrlier,’ which has sold fewer than 30,000 copies since it came out in February.
“Publishing this book has been a moving experience from start to finish,” said Hegseth.
‘I feel humbled and humbled that The War on Warriors has resonated with so many people; most especially with active duty troops, veterans and military families. This book is for them and for our country.’
