A woman and a girl were airlifted to hospital, while a man and a boy were also injured after a horrific two-car crash in central New South Wales.
The collision occurred on Duramana Road in Duramana, near Bathurst, shortly before 3pm on Saturday.
Several ambulance crews, including helicopters, were called to the scene where they remained for an hour.
A woman in her 20s suffered injuries to her head, chest and legs and was airlifted to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

A girl under the age of 12 was also airlifted to Westmead in a serious but stable condition with abdominal injuries.
A man in his 40s was taken to hospital with leg injuries and is in a stable condition.
A young man was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A fifth patient was evaluated at the scene but did not require additional treatment.
