Elizabeth Hurley stunned in a dazzling pink dress while leaving the star-studded Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Hot Pink 2024 party in New York City on Tuesday night.

The actress, 58, has been a proud ambassador of the Estée Lauder Companies’ breast cancer campaign since 1996.

After joining the campaign almost three decades ago, Elizabeth has continued to advocate and speak openly about breast cancer to help raise funds globally to find a cure.

Elizabeth opened the inspiring evening with a heartfelt tribute to the late founder Evelyn H. Lauder, who passed away in 2011.

She said: ‘Evelyn and Larry [Evelyn’s friend] She sat around the kitchen table talking about breast cancer and, in Evelyn’s own words, said: “Women all over the world are dying of breast cancer and no one seems to be doing anything about it.”

“So Evelyn and Larry decided to change that.”

The charity gala, attended by the likes of Karlie Kloss, raised an incredible $11 million.

During the festivities, William P. Lauder, Evelyn’s son, who is the CEO of Estee Lauder, was honored with the Evelyn H. Lauder Spirit of Philanthropy Award.

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation “is the largest private funder of breast cancer research in the world,” according to the official website.

The foundation also helps “invest in the best minds in science and foster interdisciplinary collaboration to examine all aspects of the disease, from prevention to metastasis.”

During a recent interview with WWD earlier this week, William talked about the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

‘My mother’s vision 30 years ago with Dr. Larry Norton was to create an effort and foundation to raise awareness and funds to find a cure for breast cancer,’ said the businessman.

“The work that has been done over the last 30 years has resulted in tremendous success in terms of treatment, care and survival.”

Lauder continued, “Many people would not be here if it were not for that vision, and I am honored to continue the passion my mother had for this mission.”

The foundation has raised about $1 billion since its launch, and while death rates for those diagnosed with breast cancer have decreased, it spoke about how women are still being diagnosed with the disease.

“Unfortunately, there are still people who are diagnosed with breast cancer and are affected by it and therefore there is still a great reason and rationale for us to continue to focus on it.”

“The combination of more people being diagnosed, along with progress toward finding a cure and reducing the impact of treatments for those diagnosed, gives us all hope as well as motivation,” William added.
