Disneyland fans who rode Tiana’s Bayou Adventure are having trouble with the new attraction’s humidity.
“This attraction always comes with a warning that ‘you may get wet,’ but even people who were familiar with Splash Mountain said they weren’t expecting so much water on the attraction,” according to a MousePlanet review.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland will be open to thrill seekers and water lovers starting November 15.
In anticipation of the attraction’s official opening, park employees and guests who are Disneyland Magic Key holders have been allowed early access to the attraction.
The attraction left many social media users happy with the redevelopment of what used to be Splash Mountain, but one rider said they didn’t enjoy the “unimpressive” and “disappointing” ride.
Several Disneyland visitors complained about how passengers get wet at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
Prior to the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Disney previously ordered the leveling of its Splash Mountain attractions in 2020, deeming its references to the 1946 film Song of the South “not appropriate in today’s world.”

‘You used to get a little wet going down the big drop,’ X user tweeted.
“But they’ve re-weighed the cars and adjusted the water so there are inches of water at the bottom of the car when you get in and at the end you’re soaked.”
The social network user added that they all bought ponchos before embarking on the walk, but it still left their shoes and bodies soaked.
“We would only do this again if we had a full change of clothes or could run back to a hotel room on property. It’s not fun for us,” the unhappy attraction wrote.
One MousePlanet writer claimed that his friend forgot an extra pair of shoes and was forced to walk around in soaked socks and shoes until the end of the day.
At least three X riders were upset about the ride in general and not just the humidity.
‘Tiana’s adventure in the swamp is an insult to Tiana’s character,’ an X user tweeted.
‘The Disney princess with the most courage and personality is reduced to someone who forgot to hire a band for her party. Total joke.’

However, that X user has a disability and admitted to forgetting how a trip could harm the body.
‘Will I put it back together? “Probably not, although it’s not because of the change of subject, but because my body can’t handle it anymore,” he wrote.
Another user wrote: “Honestly, the facade of Disneyland’s Tiana’s Bayou Adventure looks so much better than the Walt Disney World version.”
A park visitor claimed that the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure attraction in California is actually wetter than the one in Florida, according to screaming landscape.
“Based on a couple of video clips, the experience in California is wetter than ever when running like Splash Mountain and some logs seemed to become completely flooded with water after the big splash to the point that your shoes could be completely submerged for a while. ”they wrote.
‘It is said that the speed of the water flow was also adjusted around this time, to speed up the travel of the logs through the attraction in an attempt to compensate for the lost physical capacity of each log, which had also had the side effect of increasing the amount of ‘splash’ as the faster logs collided along the course.

Other items that can help with dryness are Ziploc or resealable plastic bags.
