David Beckham partners with Hugo Boss to design menswear collections

Former English footballer David Beckham has teamed up with Hugo Boss to design his clothes.

Its first formal and casual menswear collections will launch next spring.

Before that, she will appear in the German fashion house’s global marketing campaign this fall and winter.

Beckham, 49, said: “I have really enjoyed the collaboration so far and have been impressed by the team’s ambition, creativity and desire for excellence.”

I look forward to sharing what we have been working on so far.”

He is following in the footsteps of his wife, fashion designer Victoria, who has partnered with Mango.

Hugo Boss CEO Daniel Grieder said: “David is a true global icon in both sport and fashion.

Hugo Boss shares rose 3 percent yesterday in Frankfurt.
