Christine Quinn reportedly “intends” to end her nearly five-year marriage to husband Christian Richard.

Later Thursday, sources said TMZ that the reality TV star is meeting with lawyers to obtain a temporary restraining order against Richard, 45.
Although she would apparently like a permanent order separating them, she will have to start with a temporary order once her seven-day emergency protection order ends.

Insiders confirmed Quinn was considering filing for divorce from Richard, but they said her first goal was to get legal protection for herself and her two-year-old son Christian Georges Richard.
Sources added that her marriage to Richard appears to be irreversibly damaged.
It comes after Richard, 45, was arrested on Tuesday for assault with a deadly weapon after throwing a bag of glass at his wife, 35, but hitting their infant son.
The tech millionaire’s bail was set at $30,000 and Quinn took out a one-week emergency protection order against him.
He was released shortly afterward and on Wednesday evening returned to his and Quinn’s estate in the Hollywood Hills, where police arrested him for a second time.
An LAPD spokesperson told DailyMail.com that cops arrived at the home “at 10:48 p.m. and the suspect was arrested for violating the restraining order obtained the day before.” He posted $30,000 bail and his court date is set for April 11.
Richard posted his second $30,000 bond just hours after his arrest, around 4:45 a.m. Thursday, according to Los Angeles County sheriff’s records.
Throughout the day Wednesday, police searched the couple’s property with their weapons drawn, conducting what an LAPD spokesperson described as a “building search” to ensure the home was safe. They ultimately determined there was “no problem.”
Quinn and her son were apparently not on the property but are currently staying in a separate “safe location,” according to a Page six initiated.

On Wednesday, police searched the couple’s property with guns drawn, conducting what an LAPD spokesperson described as a “building search.”

In typical cases, building searches occur because someone has called the police to check for the potential presence of active threats in a particular location.
A source claimed that in this case, Quinn was not the person who summoned authorities to her home.
Meanwhile, an eyewitness to the search of the building claimed the officers could be heard saying: “Come out with your hands up.” »
By Wednesday evening, Richard had been released and police were seen arriving again at his and Quinn’s home in the Hollywood Hills.
Footage obtained by DailyMail.com shows a police officer getting out of a police SUV parked outside the property.
Richard, who married the ex-Selling Sunset star in 2019, was seen on Tuesday afternoon being taken out of his house, handcuffed by police, barefoot and wearing only a bathrobe after the The incident involving the couple’s only child, two-year-old Christian Georges Dumontet.
The retired tech entrepreneur looked somber as officers spoke to him on the sidewalk outside his Hollywood Hills home – before being placed in a police car.
Several police cars were also seen parked outside the couple’s home. Quinn was not seen at the time of his arrest.

LAPD spokesperson Jeff Lee told DailyMail.com: “A victim and suspect were involved in a domestic dispute when the suspect threw a bag at the victim containing a glass bottle. It missed the victim, but this object struck a child.
“The suspect was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.”
TMZ confirmed that Christian and Christine’s son was taken to the hospital Tuesday by ambulance with Christine by his side.
The publication reports that Quinn was offered an emergency protection order against Richard which she accepted and will be in effect for seven days.

Throughout the first five seasons, viewers saw Quinn selling luxurious and exclusive homes and properties and getting involved in drama with her teammates.
“I think people were tired of seeing this dynamic continue season after season,” Oppenheim told Page Six.
“So I think it provided a breath of fresh air for the office and for the show.”

During her final season, Christine was accused of trying to bribe a client.
And even though she has denied the allegations, Oppenheim simply wants to put the drama and controversy behind her.
“It’s not the kind of drama I liked as a professional real estate broker,” he said.
He added: “I was not happy with the type of issues brought to my attention. I think it has run its course.
