Located in sought-after Prahran, 8km from the CBD, the beautiful two-storey home was listed with a price guide of between $2.25 million and $2.45 million earlier this month.

Blanchett and Upton did a major redesign of the property after purchasing it in 2006 for $745,000, reports Age.

Cate and her husband Andrew are known to own properties in Sydney and the United Kingdom.
