Britain’s Got Talent has been hit by false claims amid reports showing bosses secretly created acts from scratch.
According Sun Producers submit ideas for potential viral auditions, along with scripts, musical suggestions and lines for the judges to say.
One example claims that the show’s bosses attempted to recreate the hype around 2022’s terrifying magic act, The Witch, and approached indie actor Andrew Fletcher to take on the role of last year’s Scary Clown.
A source said: “Looking for talent on shows is nothing new, but creating acts out of nothing is ridiculous.”
‘The Witch was so well received that the bosses wanted to recreate the commotion. “They thought playing on Simon’s clown phobia would be ideal, so they put ideas together.”

On Saturday, the talent show was once again embroiled in another dispute when angry fans called out professional singer Taryn Charles.
The special education teacher, 39, was dubbed the show’s “best Golden Buzzer performance” after Bruno Tonioli sent her to the semi-finals following her incredible performance.
She also revealed that she had met Simon when she was just 15, when he was working at a record label near her home and claimed that she told him about her dream.
But some viewers weren’t impressed and were quick to point out to X that Taryn is already a professional singer, making the competition for amateur talent “unfair.”
‘Another professional singer again?’ Taryn Carlos. What happened to #BGT?’, one person commented.
‘Taryn Charles is already a professional singer, so you would expect her to have a good voice. “Not fair to all #BGT fans,” a second echoed.

After the performance, fans flocked to X, with one writing: “Always good to see an underdog on @BGT like Sydnie Christmas.” My God. A simple Google search… what the hell!’

She made her London debut as one of the lead vocals in Lazarus, set to the music of David Bowie, at the King’s Cross Theater and shared a backstage snap with Hollywood actor Woody Harrelson after he attended the show.
While others wrote: ‘Come on, Sydnie Christmas is already a pro’: ‘Sydnie Christmas has starred in Starlight Exoress in Bochum, Germany, and Lazarus at the King’s Cross Theater in London. She and she played Rizzo in a stage show of Grease. So there’s no rookie’: ‘Sydnie Christmas, Starlight Express. Just a quick Google search.’
Sydnie has worked on cruise ships, including the Royal Caribbean International, where she played Rizzo in the musical Grease.
