Billy Ray Cyrus has scored the latest victory in his divorce from Firerose Cyrus.
A Los Angeles court judge has ruled that the estranged wife of the 36-year-old Achy Breaky Heart singer can no longer use his American Express business card or any other credit cards in his name or those of his businesses.
Billy Ray, 62, alleged that Firerose had charged $96,986.05 to his American Express account between May 23 and June 7 in 37 unauthorized charges, TMZ reported.
He claims he never gave his wife permission to use his credit cards or bank accounts, while she denied this, saying she was allowed to use the I Want My Mullet Back singer’s accounts since she moved in with him in 2022.
Firerose claimed that she was maintaining an established lifestyle, the one he set in motion when they moved in together.

She also argued that she should be allowed to continue spending Billy Ray’s money on her expenses and attorney fees as long as they remain married.
Although the judge ruled in favor of Billy Ray in this case, their separation is far from over.
The Hannah Montana star filed for annulment seven months after tying the knot, accusing her of fraud and “inappropriate marital conduct.”
The Australian singer, who met Billy Ray in 2010 on the set of the Disney Channel series, accused her ex-husband of emotional and verbal abuse and manipulation.
Firerose stated in an interview with Page six Last month, the Achy Breaky Heart singer, 62, constantly yelled at her and made her feel like a “prisoner” in his Tennessee home during their marriage.
After claiming she had “physically, emotionally and verbally abused” him, Fireose accused the singer of “isolating” her from her friends and family and said she had attempted to control her by implementing a set of “rules” for her to follow.
“Billy had very strict rules,” she explained. “I didn’t have a car. I could only go to the local chiropractor and get my nails done once a month.”
Firerose, whose real name is Johanna Rose Hodges, called it “systemic isolation,” adding: “I couldn’t find the courage to leave.”
She also claimed that her friends and family were banned from visiting her at home.
Cyrus’ ex-wife added: “If I had to text her, I had to read it to her to ask permission. Same thing with email.”
In court documents filed in Tennessee last month, Cyrus denied Fireose’s “mind-boggling” allegations of abuse, claiming that she had in fact abused him during their marriage and alleging that she was only after his money.

Firerose claimed she was maintaining an established lifestyle, one he set in motion when they moved in together.
However, Firerose fired back, revealing that she had to undergo a preventative double mastectomy due to being a carrier of the BRCA1 gene and that Billy Ray left her the day before her scheduled surgery.
Billy Ray denied it and his lawyer issued a statement.
‘The audacity to question a BRCA-positive woman’s decision to undergo preventative surgery further shows the type of cruel manipulation Firerose was subjected to.
“What Billy Ray doesn’t recognize is that when you have a decades-long history of emotional and psychological abuse, people start to take notice. The truth will come out.”
