Netflix’s critically acclaimed Baby Reindeer has been knocked out of the top spot on the streaming platform by a true-story documentary series that fans are calling “wild.”

Comedian Richard Gadd, 34, based the hit limited series on his real life and it quickly became a word-of-mouth sensation.

The much talked about ‘real life’ show grabbed the number one spot on Netflix’s most watched list for almost a month and has recently slipped down the rankings.

In the series, Richard’s character Donny Dunn is the victim of a relentless campaign of harassment by ‘Martha’ (Jessica Gunning), which begins after he waits on her in a London pub while working as a bartender.

Over four and a half years, the star says she received 41,071 emails, 744 tweets, letters totaling 106 pages and 350 hours of voicemails from her stalker that she claims happened in real life.

Since its release in April, Baby Reindeer has had 60 million views on Netflix and achieved global recognition.

However, knocking it out of the top spot is the new documentary Ashley Madison: Sex, Lies, And Scandal.

The explosive new docuseries revealed that Ashley Madison employees caught men looking to cheat on their spouses by creating fake profiles for women, and made users pay to read messages sent by bots.

The controversial Ashley Madison dating site launched in 2001 and was designed for married men and women looking to have affairs to connect with each other.

Internet hackers stole the data of Ashley Madison’s 37 million users and posted it online in August 2015.

And what’s more, former employees have now admitted that many male users didn’t actually talk to real women on the site.

Chief executive Noel Biderman once insisted that there was “no communication” between members that was “anything that wasn’t organic.”

In the shocking new show that dethroned Baby Reindeer, numerous former employees spoke out about some of the shady tactics used to attract new customers.

The former employees not only confessed to creating fake profiles, but also said they would use artificial intelligence to send tens of thousands of messages to boys.

Even though it only premiered on May 15, Netflix fans have already flooded social media with their opinions on the “crazy” new show.

While Sam, now 38, admitted at the time that he had signed up for the site, which was designed to help married people have affairs, he insisted that he had never actually met anyone and did not cheat on his wife, Nia. Rader, now 35 years old.

Now, however, the vlogger has laid bare his infidelities on the explosive show, admitting that not only was he unfaithful to Nia, but he even got close to some of his wife’s closest friends.
