Ajay Rochester looked completely unrecognizable as he attended the 2024 Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The former The Biggest Loser host, 55, flaunted her svelte figure as she arrived at the event after recently detailing her use of Ozempic.
The TV presenter showed off her physique in a long sequin dress as she posed on the red carpet with a friend.
She accessorized her look with a black lace choker and matching bracelet.
The TV star left her long, curly blonde hair loose and wore a natural makeup palette at the awards ceremony.
Ajay was born in Sydney and rose to fame as the host of the weight loss reality show The Biggest Loser Australia from 2006 to 2009.
She has since moved to the United States and currently resides in Los Angeles, where she works as a casting director.

Ozempic is a diabetes drug sold privately for weight loss, and celebrities including Sharon Osbourne and Amy Schumer have admitted to using the drug.
Speaking to 7NEWS Spotlight in April, Ajay detailed his harrowing struggles with his weight and claimed Ozempic had changed his life.
“This medicine has completely transformed my life. It’s not a trick, it’s not a trap, it’s a medicine,” she said.
“It’s like I’m a prisoner of my body… I let the magic happen. I have a disease, it’s like I don’t want to die of obesity.”
She recalled that during her time as host of The Biggest Loser she faced enormous pressure to look a certain way, which led to unhealthy eating habits.

“The pressure was to lose those extra pounds. When I was hosting Biggest Loser, the most I ever weighed was 70 kilos and I didn’t eat, I didn’t eat,” she explained.
“I was a gaunt doll who apparently wasn’t thin enough yet.”
She gave a heartbreaking account of how she was often publicly humiliated for her weight and once had a milkshake thrown at her in the street.
“I mean, people have thrown things at me on the street, like one time in Sydney when they threw a milkshake at me and they were like, ‘Yeah, you fat pig. ‘ And they threw a milkshake at me as they drove by,” he explained.
