A luxury mansion in Queensland owned by a renowned DJ Will Sparks and brothers Tyrone and Jesse Taylor of New World Sound were sold for a whopping $5,775,000.

The trio of Australian music gurus first listed the sprawling five-bedroom, four-bathroom Gold Coast home in April without a price guide.

Located in the exclusive Broadbeach Waters, the 728-square-metre apartment was built by the Taylor brothers through their company Unique Built, according to Domain.

The fellow musicians first purchased a beachfront home on the site for just $2 million in 2022.

They then tore down the original house to build a multi-level property they later named The Arch.

Fusion Inspired by Japanese and Mediterranean architecture, this splendid home is an elegant, ultra-modern apartment with generously sized living spaces.

Features include an interior courtyard, private cocktail bar and magnesium pool that maintain a resort-style atmosphere.

There is also an outdoor entertaining space with a fire pit and water views.

Other highlights include a wine cellar, private home office, media room and gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry.

This comes after Tyrone Taylor spoke about the quote to realestate.com.au About the property in April.

“We’ve been friends with Will since we toured with him when Avicii came to Australia in 2014,” he said.

‘With “Arch” we thought why don’t we build our own house – the three of us – while we’re still young and make it a really special house here on the coast.

“We wanted to create a versatile home that had absolutely everything you could want. We wanted to create the coolest home we could.”

Arch isn’t the only home the Taylor brothers built in their iconic resort style; Block’s famed buyer Adrian Portelli purchased one of their properties in 2022.

The following year he gave away the two-story Sanctuary Cove mansion, valued at $2.3 million, as a raffle prize through his promotions company LMCT+.

Dubbed Asylo (the Greek word for sanctuary), the opulent property included a six-metre central palm tree built into the main structure and a spacious pool area.

Meanwhile, DJ Will, 31, and his girlfriend Brooklyn Clancy put their luxury $2.35 million home in Paddington, Brisbane, up for rent in 2020.

Records show the couple purchased the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home, called Onyx, for $2.35 million in 2019 before listing it for rent for $2,200 a week.
