Amanda Holden and Ashley Roberts kicked off the celebrations at the World Book Day Heart Breakfast show on Thursday by transforming into mystical characters from the world of Narnia.
The couple stunned with their eye-catching costumes after being inspired by CS Lewis’ novel The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
Wearing a bright white jumpsuit and fur bolero, Amanda turned into the villainous White Witch for her appearance on the morning show.
She finished her look with a matching silver crown as she posed for photos in the Heart Radio studio.
Meanwhile, Ashley donned a lion jumpsuit to become furry hero Aslan, complete with adorable ears and matching heels.

Jamie opted for a much more minimalist outfit and went to wardrobe legend by dressing in little more than a plank of wood.
It comes after Amanda revealed what’s next on her bucket list, as she confessed which hit show she’d love to star in.
Speaking on her Heart Radio show on Monday, the presenter, 53, admitted she would love to take part in The Traitors Celebrity spin-off.
The nation was captivated by the BBC game show earlier this year after military engineer Harry Clark won the £95,150 prize money in a thrilling final.
And now Amanda has hinted to producers that if a Celebrity spin-off were commissioned, she would be first in line.
As Amanda and her fellow co-hosts Ashley Roberts and Jamie Theakston discussed the show, Amanda said: “I can’t wait for a celebrity version… I’m just putting my hand up to get it now.”
Surprised, Ashley replied: ‘Yes, do you want to do it?’
As Amanda explained: ‘I would love to do it! But I would have to be faithful. I think everyone would think I’m a traitor, but I don’t think I can be too deceitful.
Jamie opted for a much simpler outfit and arrived as the wardrobe legend by dressing in little more than a plank of wood.
The trio posed for fun photos in their Narnia-inspired costumes as they kicked off World Book Day celebrations.
Amanda showed off her slender physique in a bright white jumpsuit and matching heels to channel the sinister White Witch.
Ashley cut a playful figure with her brown furry look as the heroic lion Aslan.
The trio joined a group of stars who celebrated World Book Day in a variety of colorful outfits.
Jamie agreed and said, “I’m not sure you have the poker face for it.” “No, I don’t,” Amanda added.
“That’s what I would have to be faithful to.”
And it seems fans are on board with the idea too, as they took to the comments section to share their delight at the prospect of Amanda starring on the show.
One exclaimed: ‘Yes!!! Come on Amanda.’ while another added: ‘Do it.’
Charlotte Chilton from this year’s series also added: “Do it,” while Theo Mayne from the first series wrote a series of heart emojis.
It comes after Amanda’s news. He supposedly got a new role as a judge in the bbc.
The TV personality, who has honed her skills as a judge on ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent, has become one of the most sought-after faces on primetime television.
In addition to her long-standing job at BGT, which she has held since 2007, Amanda also recently worked with her friend Alan Carr on Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job.
The holiday home renovation show airs on the Beeb and now the broadcaster has apparently signed her up for another job.
It has been reported by The daily star that Amanda has signed up to appear as a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK on BBC Three.
A source told the publication: ‘Amanda is perfect for the show because she is glamorous and has a brilliant sense of humour.
“And of course she’s got a lot of experience because she’s been a judge on Britain’s Got Talent for years.”
Amanda is said to have already filmed an episode with RuPaul, 63, and regular Michelle Visage, 55.
Amanda’s episode was due to air last year and producers are said to be delighted with the funny star’s appearance on the show.
