With business booming more than ever, the luxury travel advisor (seen with her husband) has revealed how the country’s celebrities like to travel.
In a wide-ranging interview with The cutJaclyn talked about her wealthy clients and how she fulfills even their most extravagant requests.
Jaclyn began by explaining that she started in the travel advisory industry at age 18 when she moved to Philadelphia and got a job at a five-star restaurant called Le Bec-Fin.
She told the outlet: ‘I worked there for five years and it opened up my whole world. I fell in love with the people who came in: they were very well dressed, they drove up in Rolls-Royces and ordered $5,000 worth of bottles of wine.’
This opened his eyes to the world of destinations and he soon found himself working at a local travel agency.
While there, Jaclyn realized that she wanted more, she envisioned a bigger trip, a trip specifically curated, for the wealthiest clients.
That’s when he realized he was onto something and decided to create his own company to help the ultra-rich.
“So I created my company 16 years ago based on the spirit of knowing the customer, knowing the product and giving them everything they need,” said the businessman.
He wanted his company to offer everything to the elite class, so he created two different forms of membership.
Since starting her business, the 42-year-old has mastered the science of offering mega-billionaires and a host of celebrities the most opulent trips; She even helped former pop star Mariah Carey travel in luxury.
He also helped plan former President George W. Bush’s vacation (seen in 2006).
Most of their clients are based in New York, Dallas and Los Angeles, are between 55 and 75 years old, and work in technology.
‘We charge clients $75,000 a year for unlimited travel and dining reservations. So that’s $150,000 a year for unlimited travel, unlimited dining, and lifestyle. “That would include making spa appointments, hiring staff, helping clients build a home gym, whatever they need,” the 42-year-old said.
He explained that top-tier membership was best for clients who still had their hands tied with work and needed someone to take care of all their planning.
The second membership option is perfect for those who have more opulent lifestyles and have multiple homes, which Jaclyn says means more “lifestyles to manage.”
The advisor explained that clients can contact her company at any time for any travel or lifestyle-related issue and they will be “on hand.”
And for Jaclyn, there is no request she cannot accommodate.
Speaking about what her clients ask of her, she told the outlet: ‘How do I book Taylor Swift for my birthday party?’ or “Are there any new faces in Los Angeles that you like?” There are no more rules than everything must be right now. We recognize all emails within five minutes.
‘And all our customers are really friendly. We don’t take any idiots because the amount of work and support that goes into the back end is truly comprehensive. But for me, there are no expectations that are unreasonable.”
Jaclyn said she keeps about 10 percent of every hotel she books, which she explained adds up to a lot when you’re booking several $30,000-a-night suites each month.

The travel agent revealed that she previously closed Versailles for dinners (pictured)
However, the agent admitted that the most important thing for her is that her clients are happy, because if they are happy, they keep coming back.
He explained that even if he can’t fulfill one of his client’s requests, but goes above and beyond the other ‘128’ demands, he knows he has secured a client forever.
As for what she’s done, Jaclyn confessed that everything is bookable, adding that it all comes down to how much money you have.
The luxury travel advisor told The Cut: ‘We have closed Versailles for a private candlelight dinner. We have closed monuments in Türkiye. We’ve had really cool parties at the pyramids. We’ve never really had to say no. It all comes down to money. This is the cost. How much do you want to spend?’
About his websiteoffers things like “private yacht in Dubai”, “morning with the monks” and “Bhutan by helicopter”.
And when a customer asks for something that doesn’t exist, Jaclyn revealed that she often redirects them to a different activity or location that she believes is better for their expectations.
To get into restaurants that are booked, Jaclyn admitted that “you have to know a person in the restaurant and have a relationship with them.”
He also said he has hosted parties at the Pyramids (pictured).
He confessed that his wealthy clients have left Capri and are now looking for a more “unique” experience in Sicily (pictured).
Jaclyn also shared the details of the travel tips the mega-rich will be making this year.
He said most celebrities put a ‘FedEx tag’ on their suitcases and send them to arrive at their destinations ahead of time so they don’t have to lug them through the airport.
‘Another trend I see is that rich people don’t go out to eat as much as they think. “They have their own chefs who travel with them so they can follow a diet or keep pace with their medical or health goals,” he added.
And if you really want to travel like the ultra-rich, Jaclyn has shared where they’re headed this summer.
He confessed that his wealthy clients have moved away from Capri and are now looking for a more “unique” experience.
«They take the yacht through Sardinia or go to smaller islands in Sicily. Many extremely wealthy clients no longer even stay in hotels. I find that many hotels are not conducive to a real ultra-high net worth situation.
‘They have that trophy penthouse, the $30,000-a-night suite, but there’s a lot of hard work to get things to the way the client is used to. “People want a certain type of water, certain foods, or a dark bedroom with seven beds for their dog,” he told the outlet.
The luxury travel agent also shared that more and more members of the mega-rich are skipping hotels and staying on yachts (file image).
And with the mega-rich no longer staying in hotels, Jaclyn revealed that villas and yachts are in fashion and have become the new places to stay.
Luckily, Jaclyn even gave advice to “normal” people about traveling. She explained that if you don’t have the funds, you shouldn’t trust the social media profiles of the mega-rich and instead look for a location that fits your budget.
Despite making an art of dealing with billionaires, Jaclyn admitted that she wasn’t rich as a child. However, she knew that she was “born to be a billionaire.”
She told the outlet: ‘I started working when I was 13 because I wanted my own money. I always wanted things to feel special. And that’s my expectation for everything I do: I want excellence. It doesn’t always have to be expensive, it just has to be good. I must have been a princess or something in my past life.’
Additionally, she revealed that when she goes on vacation, she pays for everything herself, instead of being compensated.
