Vodafone customers across the country have been struggling to make calls.
Customers took to social media to share their frustration Tuesday after the outage reportedly affected voice calls across the country.
Customers said they were unable to receive calls or contact other Vodafone customers from their devices.
One user said that ‘c“I can’t make or receive calls in the Sydney CBD.”

Another customer, who had joined the telecommunications service only a year ago, said he could only make outgoing calls but did not receive incoming calls or text messages.
“One of my services can receive but not make calls and SMS, while the other service is the other way around,” they wrote on X, formally known as Twitter.
Vodafone responded to those on social media asking them to contact them so a customer service operator could help them.

The most reported locations included Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, North Melbourne, Gold Coast and Canberra, according to Downdetector.
A Vodafone spokesperson said work was underway to resolve the issue.
“We are aware that some customers are experiencing interruptions in voice calls,” he said.
‘Our technical teams are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
‘We apologize for any inconvenience.’
The spokesperson confirmed that other mobile services, including text messaging, data services and triple 0 calling, continue to operate as normal.
