Paige Spiranac apologized to her fans for her reduced social media activity during the Masters, as the tournament banned cell phones at Augusta National.
The golf influencer, who has four million followers on Instagram, shared the message from her hotel after the third round of play on Saturday.
And although he is having “the best time of his life” at Augusta, his presence at the tournament has allowed him to post less than usual.
‘I’ve been having the best time at the Masters! Sorry I haven’t been that active,” she wrote.
‘It’s hard when you can’t bring your phone but can’t wait to update them later! Who do you think will win tomorrow?

Spiranac, who has four million followers on Instagram, also attended the Masters last year.
American Scottie Scheffler has a one-stroke lead at 7 under heading into the final day of the tournament.
Collin Morikawa is currently in second place, while Max Homa is close behind at five under par.
Earlier this week, Spiranac criticized Zach Johnson after he appeared to tell Masters fans to “fuck off” after missing a bad putt.
Johnson, who led the U.S. team at last year’s Ryder Cup in Rome, was having a tough second round at Augusta National.
He was struggling to save a double bogey on the 12th hole when he missed a putt from about 10 feet, before hitting from close range to a small applause.
Earlier this week, Spiranac took to social media to attack and criticize Zach Johnson.
Apparently angered by the gesture, he angrily shouted ‘fuck you’ and was clearly picked up by nearby microphones.
Spiranac was not impressed with Johnson’s behavior and took to social media to criticize him.
She wrote: ‘Augusta’s clients are incredibly supportive and mild-mannered.
“You can’t find a nicer environment to play golf. The fact that ZJ said this shows that it’s softer than baby poop.” What a bad look.
Johnson later apologized and insisted that he was actually cursing himself out of frustration.
