Plastic surgeons have weighed possible procedures that could be behind Kyle Richards’ daughter’s wild transformation after a viral before-and-after clip sparked frenzied speculation.
Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, is the eldest daughter of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 55, whom she welcomed with her then-husband Guraish Aldjufrie in 1988.
Since then, she followed in her stepfather Mauricio Umansky’s footsteps and became a top real estate agent on the hit reality show Buying Beverly Hills, which follows the family as they try to sell mega-mansions.
But earlier this week, Farrah was thrust into the spotlight after becoming embroiled in rumors that she had gone under the knife when photos from her youth resurfaced.

The most recent images indicate that Farrah now has a flatter nose, more pronounced cheeks, and a fuller pout.

Dr Rowe has since told FEMAIL: ‘Farah Aldjufrie probably had rhinoplasty and lip filler. A rhinoplasty drastically changes your appearance because, in many cases, it is very obvious and there is no way to camouflage it.
“It looks like they made the tip and bridge of his nose smaller, as well as the width of his nose.”
He also added that Farrah’s lips “appear fuller and have better shape than before, a sign of filler use.”

And Dr. Pierce largely agreed as he spoke: ‘HHis face has changed from the previous photo as he’s gotten older, but it looks like he’s had some work done.
“She looks like she’s had rhinoplasty, Botox, fillers in her cheeks and lips.”
The analysis comes after fans reacted in surprise to the initial video, with many claiming it “had to be a different person” after noticing the differences.
One person said: “You’re not ugly, just poor.” Just remember that.
Someone else wrote: ‘Kyle looks alike but Farrah is totally unrecognizable!’
“Plastic surgery worked in her favor,” declared one comment.
‘Money and a good plastic surgeon! Good job,’ wrote one social media user.

The analysis comes after fans reacted in surprise to the initial video, with many claiming it “had to be a different person.”
Farrah has yet to speak about her transformation and has never admitted to going under the knife.
But mom Kyle, who has since split from Mauricio, has never shied away from telling fans about her own procedures – she had a nose job in 2006 and liposuction in 2012.
He previously spoke to US Weekly about the decision, explaining: ‘My nose bothered me for a long time. The surgery made me feel better.
‘As for the second procedure? After having four children, no matter how much exercise I did, the love handles didn’t go away! I’m very happy with the results.’
In 2020, Kyle revealed that he went back under the knife for a second rhinoplasty after breaking his nose a year earlier.
