In an exciting update today, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences delighted fans by sharing a nostalgic video of the 2015 epic historical romance, Bajirao Mastani. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film had a stellar cast including Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles. Adapted from the Marathi novel by Nagnath S. Inamdar Rau, Bajirao Mastani The story of Maratha Peshwa Bajirao I (1700-1740) and his second wife, Mastani, is intricately woven.
