Officers established the crime scene and a NSW Police spokesperson told WhatsNew2Day Australia the incident is believed to be a case of self-harm.

Officers established the crime scene and a NSW Police spokesperson told WhatsNew2Day Australia the incident is believed to be a case of self-harm.
Residents at the rear of the 22-storey apartment block watched the grisly scene, with clothes strewn across the footpath.
“I’ve lived here for three years but I don’t know who the woman was,” one witness said.
‘It has always been a quiet apartment. We haven’t heard any noise beforehand.’
Another resident said: “We saw a pair of shoes lying on the road and apparently she was wearing a bathrobe when she fell.”
Police cordoned off the block with tape and officers were seen letting in residents living in nearby buildings one at a time.
Several officers were seen guarding the front and back entrance of the building.
