Pink took some time away from her busy Aussie tour on Tuesday to perform for sick children at Melbourne’s Royal Children’s Hospital.
The So What hitmaker, 44, gave them a day to remember as she visited and performed some acoustic songs on her guitar with her daughter Willow, 12.
One of the children appeared on the Today show on Wednesday to talk about the international pop icon’s heartwarming visit, which was organized by Challenge, a non-profit organization that supports children with cancer.
10-year-old Imogen Mulgrew joined the show’s hosts with her parents and said she has been a fan of the pop star for years.
‘It took me a few seconds to realize it was Pink and I can’t explain it (the moment),’ she said.

Pink shared a precious video to Instagram on Tuesday, capturing the sweet moment she visited the hospital and sang her hit ‘Cover Me In Sunshine’ to the children.
Imogen featured in the heartfelt clip alongside Pink, who told the 10-year-old “you’re like a little pear.”
