Married At First Sight star Jessika Power has asked her fans for help after battling a mystery skin condition for six months.
The Australian reality star, 31, took to Instagram Stories on Saturday with a close-up video of her chin and the top of her mouth covered in a painful-looking red rash.
“I hate posting this because I’m so self-conscious, but I’ve been fighting this rash for six months and I’ve tried EVERYTHING and it won’t go away,” the British-based blonde lamented in her caption.
Asking her fans for advice, Jessika added: ‘Can anyone explain what it is or what I could do to get rid of it? I’ve never had bad skin in my life.’
She went on to clarify that red marks are “not pimples” and that the best way to describe the condition is a “raised rash.”

Her inbox was quickly inundated with responses from concerned followers, prompting Jessika to share a snippet of what she had received in a separate post hours later.
Several fans suggested it could be perioral dermatitis, a facial skin problem characterized by areas of small red papules that are itchy and painful.
It is often caused by an allergic reaction to a substance that has come into contact with the skin, such as makeup or skin care products.

Another speculated that it is rosacea, a chronic condition in which facial blood vessels enlarge, causing redness of the skin and pimples.
It comes after Jessika returned to screens in the latest series of MTV’s Celebrity Ex On The Beach.
Following her stint on Married At First Sight Australia in 2019, Jessika moved to the UK to pursue a television career and be with her then-boyfriend, British podcaster Connor Thompson.
Since moving abroad, Jessika has continued to appear on screens, appearing on UK reality show Celebs Go Dating and, most recently, on the latest series of MTV’s Celebrity Ex On The Beach.
She also recently found love with British music producer Brent Anthony and is reportedly planning to stay in London to be with him.
