Bollywood stars have revealed their fury over how a Spanish travel influencer was gang-raped by a group of men in India.
The attack on Fernanda, 28, who was on a world motorcycle trip with her husband Vincente, 63, took place last week in the Dumka district of the eastern Indian state of Jharkhand, where the couple I was camping for the night on the way to Nepal.
Police have since arrested eight men in connection with the attack and paraded five of them, handcuffed and tied together in a row with rope, in front of police officers sitting on national television.

But Bollywood stars have come forward and condemned the mixed reaction to the attacks within India itself.

The couple now plan to return to Spain, where they live, to resume their trip at a later date.
Breaking down in a video filmed at an Indian hospital, Vicente, who was severely beaten in the attack, revealed the injuries he suffered to his followers, saying his “mouth was shattered” after the attackers used a helmet and a rock to hit him. .
