Gisele Bundchen and fellow jiu-jitsu professional Joaquim Valente are expecting their first child together.
The supermodel, 44, is already the mother of son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, from her marriage to NFL star Tom Brady, but for Valente, 35, It will be his first foray into fatherhood.
Valente seemed ready to become a father for a while and had already embraced Bundchen’s existing brood.
In a photo shared on Instagram in September, the martial arts expert can be seen practicing rowing with Benjamin.

Brady had already spent time with the kids earlier in the week to celebrate Father’s Day.
The NFL star couldn’t be with them on vacation due to a streaming commitment, so they ended up spending the day rowing in Miami with his mom and Valente.
In February, good magazine reported that both Benjamin and Vivian “really like” Valente.

Bundchen was photographed on October 23 covering her stomach with a baggy sweater. She seemed to have a slight bulge and kept her bag protecting her stomach.

The joy of pregnancy comes two years after Gisele and Tom separated after 13 years of marriage.
Joaquim, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor, owns a jiujitsu studio with his brothers Pedro and Gui Valente in Miami.
They began dating in June 2023, after first meeting in December 2021, when she sought jiu-jitsu training for her son and then decided to take classes as well.
Rumors surfaced in July that Joaquim and Bundchen may have called things off due to scrutiny following Tom Brady’s Netflix roast, though they later confirmed their romance was still ongoing.
A source revealed to InTouch Weekly at the time that “the spotlight was too much” for Joaquim.
“Joaquim is a normal guy,” the source added. “He’s not used to all the attention he gets.”
During the Netflix special, The Roast of Tom Brady, several jokes were made at the expense of Gisele and Joaquim’s relationship, which the martial arts teacher did not take lightly.
