Self-confessed misogynist Andrew Tate raped and strangled two women before telling them “good girl”, shocking court documents claim.
Toxic influencer Tate, 37, who is being investigated in Romania for rape, sex with a minor and human trafficking, is named in a 25-page High Court document obtained by MailOnline.
In it, four British women, identified only as AA, BB, CC and DD, describe in harrowing detail the ordeal they say they endured at their hands.
The group is suing Tate at the High Court in London and their claims (which Tate denies and has lodged a defense in court) are separate from those he and his brother Tristan, as well as two other women, are currently facing in the capital. Romanian from Bucharest.
The UK-based quartet say they were abused and raped between 2013 and 2016, while two worked as webcam girls for Tate and the other two were in a relationship with him.
Three of the women reported Tate to Hertfordshire Police, as some of the attacks allegedly occurred in Hitchin, but the Crown Prosecution Service dropped the case in 2019.
Andrew Tate, left, and his brother Tristan, right, have been charged with human trafficking, including trafficking of minors, sexual relations with a minor, forming an organized criminal group, money laundering and making influential statements.

The women are seeking compensation of £100,000 each and say they were traumatized by what happened to them around 2015.
MailOnline has exclusively obtained details of the claim filed at the High Court which sets out the quartet’s claims and makes for shocking reading.
It highlights how Tate “publicly advocates that men have become weak and lost and that women should be subordinate to them.”
The claim also highlights a controversial 2019 You Tube video Tate made in which she said women “strangle her so she can barely breathe.”
In her claim, AA says she was working as a webcam girl at the Hilton Hotel in Luton in 2015 when she alleges Tate raped her.
She claims that when he attacked her, he strangled her and then whispered “good girl” in her ear.
In a later attack, he claims his eyes were left bloodshot, a medical condition known as petechiae and common in cases of strangulation.

One victim claims Tate attacked her in 2013, when she was 21, telling her, “I’m just debating whether to rape you or not.”
AA also described how she was threatened with a gun and that Tate said he terrified her by telling her he would post videos of her online.
The lawsuit summary alleges that AA and BB, who does not say she was raped but was the victim of abusive coercive control, were monitored during the webcam work not only by Tate, but also by others close to him.
BB says Tate made her cry by hitting her arm, before becoming very affectionate, and regularly strangling her, sometimes to the point that she almost passed out.
Both women say they contracted chlamydia from him and BB accuses him of manipulating her, monitoring her phone use and imposing a schedule on when she could eat, sleep, get up and when she should work.
The consequences for not complying were often unpleasant and sometimes violent, he says.

She says that during the attack he told her that she was also a “good girl” and asked her “who do you belong to?”
She became very afraid of him and he called himself a “mob” and a “messiah” and convinced her that he had killed people, court documents state.
The fourth woman, DD, claims that Tate assaulted and beat her after she had made him dinner at her apartment in approximately November 2014.
They began having consensual sex before he strangled her and she had difficulty breathing before passing out.
About a month later, he asked her to cook him a steak and, while they were having sex, he strangled her until she was unconscious, causing a blood vessel in her eye to burst, she says.

In his 67-page defense, Tate dismissed the allegations – as he does the Romanian investigation – saying the four had waited too long to come forward with their complaints.
He insists that both AA and BB were volunteer webcam workers and that the sex between him and both women was consensual.
Tate also dismissed the four women’s claims as “lies and nonsense,” adding that the allegations are “devoid of context” and refuted the choking allegations.
When contacted by MailOnline, a spokesperson for Tate said: “Thank you for reaching out, we will not be commenting at this time.”
No date for a hearing has been sent and the documents emerged just days after teachers called for better support in dealing with “alarming” misogynistic influencers.
