Fabrizio was the first to advise downloading the My Fitness Pal app to “stay in tune with what you eat every day.”

“If you feel like you’ve plateaued, here’s a secret: It’s not just about how much you sweat in the gym,” he said. “It has a lot to do with the calories you’re actually consuming.”

Fabrizio recommended setting a protein goal that’s tied to your current weight.

‘So if you weigh 160 pounds, aim for about 130 grams of protein. if you weigh 180 [pounds]aim for around 145 [grams]. if you weigh 120 [pounds]aim for about 130 [grams] a day,” he explained.

As for step counts and workouts, he said you should aim for about 10,000 steps a day for your physical and mental health.

‘Go for a walk. Get some movement. “It is very good for mental health, especially when planning a wedding,” he noted. ‘Weddings are quite stressful. You could also follow those steps.

“Next, follow a training program,” he continued. ‘I like to go three or four times a week. That’s all.

‘As long as you can be consistent during these three or four days, it is enough. The focus should be on intentionality and progression, i.e. lifting more weight.’

Fabrizio ended his video by sharing his daily essentials, including his morning and evening routines.

‘It is very simple. Drink more water and sleep longer, at least seven hours a night,’ he said. “So if you’re struggling to go to bed on time or get up early, start doing morning and evening routines.”

FabricioHe gets up around 5 a.m. and then heads to the gym to work out for an hour. At 6:30 am, she is home and getting ready for the day.

After showering, she hI eat breakfast around 7am and then journal, meditate and plan the rest of the day. Also set aside 20 minutes to read or listen to an audiobook or podcast.

From 8 am to 9 am, she spends time with her husband and does everything she needs to do before starting work.

Fabrizio noted that he was inspired to start his morning routine after reading ‘The 5am Club’ by Robin Sharma.

At night, he “puts” his mobile phone to sleep at least 30 minutes before he wants to sleep and prepares his sports clothes and supplements for the next morning.

After brushing her teeth, washing her face, and applying moisturizer, she dims the lights in her room and spends the rest of the night journaling, reading, and praying before bed.

Fabrizio explained at the end of the video that brides have to be consistent and willing to dedicate themselves to their new lifestyle in order to see results.

‘These “The goals are designed for brides who aspire to slim, sculpt and lose weight based on their own individual goals and actually cultivate a sustainable lifestyle,” she said.

“So if you’re not willing to commit to this for at least a year, this might not be your ideal path.”
